There is a wonderful restaurant attached to the hotel (not sure they are same company). Location was in the old city walls, easy walking to chill restaurants, massages, 7/11. Great vibe walking around, people watching. Would stay again.

Best value for your money in Chiang Mai so far. Great location near many good local restaurants and shops. Quiet. Comfortable. Best wifi of any place I have stayed in Thailand so far. AC works great. Balconies for smokers.

Very comfortable and spacious , good bathroom. Very clean. Fresh towels every day. Good location and lovely friendly staff. Lovely cafe/ restaurant just downstairs with great breakfast and coffee too

Great location, clean, nice staff, good aircon and water and toiletries were replenished daily. Also there is a restaurant on site that does big portions for cheap!

One of the reasons I fell in love with Thailand! The accommodation is clean and comfortable, the receptionist is friendly, and the location is strategically near restaurants, market/ shops, temples and food markets.

The rooms are very simple but everything is clean and rooms are cleaned everyday, the WiFi was pretty good and the staff was nice, the location is great.
